Poor NA-W. Though I imagine it is still really early. Plenty of time for more to flock over or rise from the dust.
Kingdom of Maloria has changed it's name and is now na east. NA west is a harsh desert, where only the bravest or craziest of pioneers would go.
Right now, I'm just a sloth. Just a motionless sloth. A sinful sloth. Please don't make me work. Can't you see how troublesome it would be to get up everyday and actually be productive? Just leave me be. Let me be a sloth.

I imagine if NA-East is well established and Na-West remains barren a lot of new/free players trying to establish themselves would go NA-West so the populations would probably even out.
Kingdom "Maloria" changed its name to Aranos and decided on US-East

Makes me wonder why you put the big pvp groups as kingdoms. They are far from it. More so since I know at least some are under the real kingdoms. Or you may as well list all the big groups then.
Layaway kingdoms are a bit of a stretch, I think. Too easy to bail...
