Will Npcs ever just appear in the game world or are they in a limited supply? Like how animals may go extinct ?
Will there be baking, if so, then will there be a way to make the very best cookies? Or the very worst?
Is it possible to be a citizen of more then one place? For example, someone being a citizen of Town A & Town B at the same time.
When can we expect to start getting info on game mechanics such as law enforcement, taxation, etc - something fleshed out and concrete. (An answer more specific than soon or before alpha1 would be great)
What resources will be available to monarchs for economic data collection?
for example, will there be generalized notes on general productivity or taxation in a duchy/county/city? or for realism, how much of this will be needed to be collected by the players/NPC scripts?
For evil characters, will there be any reasonable chance of having something of a "redemption arc"? Or a "downfall arc" for good characters?
What wetland and swamp mounts will we have as replacements for our mount tokens?
How will we be able to tell who is a part of our family? Will family members have different colored names or will there be a family tree mechanic?
When can we expect the organizations DJ that has been talked about for the past couple months, and can we get a brief overview of what it'll contain?

Are branches still a mechanic for schools and guilds? If so, how does the transfer of information and research exp work between them?
Question: During the Expo, those extra few weeks of play will use a spark like normal, just wondering if it will also mean the amount of time we play will also affect how long our character will live, once live, i.e 12 weeks during expo meaning we can expect to die 12 weeks earlier when live ?
Will the sign you are born under during character creation have an affect on them in someway?
For example if Aiden (god of war) is visible in the sky during your characters birth will your character have some sort of bonus or inclination towards war and the martial aspects of character development?
Will there be coin money? The To'resk write up mentions they having banking and currency jobs.
