I'm not sure what you're asking, but your children will come about through child contract. You don't have to be married to sign a child contract with the mother if she's a PC. NPCs will take effort and wooing. The children will be products of your DNA and the mother's.

So character can become father even if he`s extremely old?

As long as he can sign a child contract.
Assuming this forum post is still accurate (haven't found any more recent references), you can't have children past 45.

Your able lock a child's age if I remember right so your be able to play your heir for the same time as your first. But it's been a longtime since the devs mentioned that.
