Hello everyone, I made something that I want to share with you all. I got the idea from this forum post.
I wanted to have an idea of all settlement dimensions and how much space buildings occupied on a parcel of land. First I had to search for the dimensions of settlements and buildings. This is what I found so far:
1 parcel: Length & Width = 64m x 64m 4096m²
Hamlet (3 Parcels)
64m x 192m= 12288m² (1,2288 ha)
Perimeter= 512m
Residents= 10 people
Requirements= Well
Village (9 Parcels)
192m x 192m= 36864m² (3,68640 ha)
Perimeter= 768m
Residents= 25 people
Requirements= Tavern
Town (25 Parcels)
320m x 320m= 102400m² (10,24000 ha)
Perimeter= 1280m
Residents= 75 people
Requirements= Town Hall
City (49 Parcels)
448m x 448m= 200704m² (20,07040 ha)
Perimeter= 3840m
Residents= 150 people
Requirements= Courthouse
Buildings
Shack: 25m² (5m x 5m)
Cottage: 64m² (8m x 8m)
House: 144m² (12m x 12m)
Townhouse: 192m² (12m x 16m)
Villa: 384m² (± 19m x 20m)
Manor: 672m² (± 26m x 26m)
Small commercial building: 36m² (6m x 6m)
Medium commercial building: 54m² (± 7m x 8m)
Large commercial building: 108m² (± 10m x 10m)
This is all I have so far concerning the dimensions of settlements and buildings. As soon as I have more information, I’ll post it here.

Very nice addition for the spatially challenged such as myself.
One question though, the Hamlet card lists ten citizens, yet there are actual hosing unit for more, is that because the population number is the minimum requirement for a Hamlet and not the actual population of this specific Hamlet?

Stuffing an acre as full as you can to me is silly. 3-4 buildings for families would be easily 10-15 people. Then you have a couple storage buildings next to those family buildings. A well. and maybe a couple store fronts with mostly farm.
