This is a chart I made for pricing guidelines and when is best to buy your package. No matter what, as far as EP goes, you get more bang for your buck in the second week of May. It is also at a discount so for those of you who don't want to spend the full amounts, it is again best to buy in the second week of may.
EDIT: The $200 pack doesn't get a discount. Thanks for clarifying Caspian.
Still cheaper than the other options, which is a bummer if you already purchased like me, but at least not a vast difference.
The 3000 EP item does not get the discount. It's $200.
It's only available until the end of the month, and then it goes away. The rest of the EP items will also return to their previous prices after May.
Ok, now seeing that chart, I would say that it is better to wait until the second week because for $180, you also get 3,000 ep instead of paying $200.
Or am I reading it wrong?

I'll be using mine of buildings, profession kits, purebred horses and land.
I might be behind, whats the difference between EP and IP?

EP, or Exposition Points, are points that can be used during exposition to purchase land, housing, etc.
IP, or Influence Points, are a measure of your total contribution to the game and will be used to determine Domain selection order prior to exposition.
