Given that none of us knows where our kingdoms will be it's too early for any kingdoms or duchies to be able to promise a specific tribe, unfortunately.

If you 100% certainly want to play as a To'resk I'd wait till land selection before choosing a kingdom/duchy/county etc, because at that time you'll be sure of what you're getting.

In the meantime, I'd look around, drop into community discords and chat to people, and look to see if there are other tribes you'd be willing to work with for the right community.

EDIT: I've been reminded of my contractual obligations to suggest you look at Nirath and the Zabi Demesne during your search.

As Chipla said, there's no certain way to know which tribe you'll be unless you wait for a bit until it's more or less "settled" and join a kingdom/duchy with that in mind.

As for french communities, there are a few of them in the Elyrian picture! You can have a look in the Official Chronicles of Elyria discord at the community board and maybe you can find a suitable one for you.

Currently, we have a healthy french community led by our count Astro in the Duchy of Lyon in case you want to check it out!

I am a to'resk settler who wants to own a shop or tavern in a large to'resk city.

I will wait until land selection is over but I have my eyes on Ashland taking the to'resk/janoa kingdom in NA-W

Glad to see more people going to'resk, they are the best tribe afterall.
